Mini Chicken Pot Pies

Supplies:
cupcake pan
mixing bowl

Ingredients: 
2 cups mixed frozen veggies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cooked chicken
1 roll layer biscuits
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Take each of your biscuits, flatten them and put in your sprayed muffin tins
3. Take your 2 cups of vegetables, your can of cooked chicken and your cream of chicken soup and mix them together
4. Add your chicken veggie mix to each of the biscuits that you flattened.  I used approx. 2 heaping teaspoons.
5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown

Chicken, Green Beans & Potatoes

Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes, cut
2 cans green beans, cut
3 chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
1 package Italian dressing mix

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Line one side of the pan with green beans
3. Cut potatoes up. Line opposite side of pan with the potatoes.
4. Line the chicken breasts down the middle of the baking dish.
5. Cut butter up and layer over the green beans, potatoes and chicken. 
6. Sprinkle Italian dressing over the entire pan.
7. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour

Frito Chili Pie

Ingredients
1 can chili
1 8-ounce bag of Fritos
1/2 cup (or to your liking) chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish
3. Layer ingredients in casserole dish in order: 1/2 bag of fritos, all of your chopped onion, 1 cup shredded cheese, all of your chili, other 1/2 of fritos, then the rest of your shredded cheese.
4. Bake until bubbly, 15-20 minutes

Baked Spaghetti

Supplies:
1 Skillet to brown meat
1 Pot to cook noodles
1 Mixing bowl
9x13 baking dish

Ingredients:
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce 
1 16-ounce cottage cheese (optional)
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice, divided 
1 package of spaghetti noodles
1 pound ground deer/turkey/hamburger meat
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Brown meat
2. Cook noodles according to package instructions, stopping a minute or two before noodles are done
3. Drain the noodles and mix with meat, jar of spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese (optional) and 1 cup of cheese
4. Place into a 9×13 baking dish 
5. Bake for 20 minutes

6. In the last 10 minutes of baking sprinkle your other cup of cheese on top

Dorito Chicken Casserole

Supplies:
2 quart casserole dish
large mixing bowl

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend, divided
1 10-ounce can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can ro-tel tomatoes, drained
1/2 packet taco seasoning
1 large bag Doritos
shredded lettuce, optional
diced tomato, optional
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl mix together shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, ro-tel tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
3. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish
4. Add a layer of crushed Doritos across the bottom
5. Top with a layer of the chicken mixture
6. Add another layer of crushed Doritos
7. Add another layer of the chicken mixture 
8. Top with remaining cheese
9. You can add more crushed Doritos on top if you wish
10. Cover and place into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until bubbling
11. Remove from the oven and top with lettuce and tomato if you choose

Ham & Cheese Pull Aparts

Ingredients:
1 package Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
1 package ham deli 
12 slices cheddar or swiss cheese
 
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Slice top from rolls and place bottoms in baking pan
3. Layer ham and cheese on rolls
4. Replace tops
5. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese melts
6. Uncover and cook for 2 additional minutes
7. Serve warm or cold

Quick and Easy Chili

Ingredients:
1lb deer/turkey/hamburger ground meat
2 packages chili seasoning original
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can chili beans
1 cans diced tomatoes
2 can chili ready tomatoes 
1 can white kernel corn
1 cup white onion (optional)
1 cup bell pepper (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook meat, drain and rinse
2. Add all ingredients and simmer til hot and steamy
3. Add water or tomato sauce to get your desired consistency
