Butterfinger Banana Pudding 

Supplies:
Sauce Pan
Strainer
Large Mixing Bowl
Glass Bowl

Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 large eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tub Cool Whip
1 box Nilla Wafers
4 bananas, peeled, sliced
1 Butterfinger, crushed
Instructions: 
1. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, milk and cornstarch in a small saucepan. 
2. Cook and whisk over medium heat, until mixture comes to a full boil. 
3. Turn off heat and whisk in eggs until combined. 
4. Strain pudding into a large bowl, whisk in vanilla until combined.  
5. Chill bowl over an ice bath or in the refrigerator/freezer until cold.  
6. When cold, fold in Cool Whip until combined.
7. Layer wafers, bananas, and pudding in glass bowl.  I used all of my pudding and bananas, but had leftover wafers.  
8. Top pudding with additional Cool Whip, if desired; sprinkle with Butterfinger.  
9. Chill until cold.

Brownie, Reeses/Oreo, Cookie Bites

Supplies:
Cupcake pan
Cupcake foils
Mixing bowl

Ingredients:
1 package Pull apart cookie dough
1 bag Reeses cups or 1 package Oreos
1 box Brownie mix
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Smoosh 1.5 squares of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of each 
3. Place reese cup upside down on top of cookie dough (or an oreo!)
4. Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling 3/4 full. 
5. Bake for 18 minutes

Snicker Apple Pie

Supplies:
mixing bowl

Ingredients:
  • pie crust
  • green apples, diced
  • 1/4 Cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 bag mini snickers, chopped
  • 2 1/2 Cup whipped topping, softened
  • 1/3 Cup canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Ounce cream cheese, softened
Instructions:
1. Spread snickers on bottom of pie crust
2. Layer the apples on top of snickers
3. Drizzle caramel on top of apples and snickers
 
4. Combine cool whip, cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together in a small bowl
5. Spread your cool whip, cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk mix on top of apples, snickers and caramel
6. Drizzle caramel on top of pie and a few snickers
7. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours

Simple Berry Cobbler

Ingredients:
Two 12-oz bags frozen mixed berries or peaches
1 box white cake mix
Approximately 1-2 cans of sprite or other clear soda 
(might need more than 1 can of soda to avoid dry spots) 

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place frozen fruit in a 9x13 baking dish
3. Add dry cake mix over the top 
  4. Pour soda slowly over cake mix, DO NOT stir the cake mix and the soda   
 5. Bake 350 for 45-50 min or longer until berries are cooked

Are You Kidding Cake

Ingredients:
1 box cake mix, any flavor
3 large eggs beaten
1 can pie filling, any flavor
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Stir all ingredients until well mixed
3. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes - toothpick test for doneness

This recipe is all about quick and easy.  It tastes fantastic if you pair complimentary cake mix and pie filling.  Example:  cherry pie filling with devils food cake mix

Banana S'mores

Supplies:
Aluminum Foil

Ingredients: 
Bananas

Marshmallows

Chocolate Chips

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Slice banana down the middle
3. Stuff banana with marshmallows and chocolate chips
4. Wrap banana in aluminum foil
5. Place banana in oven at 400 for 5-6 minutes
6. Top banana with crushed cinnamon toast crunch cereal

Mini Cobblers

Supplies:
Cupcake Pan
Mixing Bowl
 Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
a dash of salt
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
brown sugar
cinnamon
Fruit of your choice:
36 blackberries, 1 can diced peaches, 48-60 blueberries, 36 cherries

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Put 1/2 teaspoon of melted butter into each regular size muffin tin
3. Make your batter. Combine the first 5 ingredients by hand: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder,  dash of salt and  3/4 cup milk
4. Put 2 tablespoons of batter into each regular size muffin tin---on top of the melted butter
5. Then add your fruit on top of the batter
6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and then your cinnamon
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes--best served with ice cream :)
