Crockpot Cabbage Soup
Great if you are trying to lose some unwanted weight!
Ingredients:
64 ounces of fat free chicken broth
32 ounces of water
half head cabbage, chopped
1 large white onion, chopped
1 can cannellini beans
1 16-ounce package chicken breast, cubed
14.5 ounce can tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup macaroni
1 tablespoon hot sauce (*garlic habanero hot sauce is the best!)
Instructions:
1. In crockpot, pour in chicken broth
2. Use your empty broth box and fill with water, add water to crockpot
3. Add cabbage, onion, and macaroni
4. Drain can of cannellini beans and pour in5. Add can of tomatoes with its liquid
6. Dice the cubed chicken and add in crockpot
7. Add 1 tablespoon hot sauce
8. Let cook for 8 hours on low, or until cabbage is softened
